its not about login , about drive(HARD DISK) security ex:c,d,f drives

If you want to set a password for a data storage drive, I assume you also want to encrypt its content so that nobody can read it. If so, you ought to follow the steps described in this page: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/TrueCrypt
