Bison webcam is not detected by my ubuntu 10.04 netbook edition

I have an Atom N450 netbook with both win 7 starter & ubuntu 10.04 netbook remix os.I prefer to work with ubuntu but it does not detect my inbuilt Bison,NB pro 1.3 mp camera. ( neither cheese nor skype nor VLC media player detect it but works well with win7 starter),how can I fix this? by the way I'm little new to ubuntu. pl help me!

I linked a bug that seems to be for that camera. There's a solution there if you feel comfortable compiling a driver.
Open a terminal and run
lsusb

Check if you see the camera ID listed there and if it is one of the listed here:
http://www.ideasonboard.org/uvc/

There are bugs with that Intel video chip.
Here you have several potential solutions.

Did you compile the UVC driver?
What does lsusb show?
