downloading music to MP3 player

How do you download music to a MP3 player (walkman)??? I have download to the computer, just don't know how to get them to the MP3 player.

Most mp3-player could be connected via USB to your Computer.
Ubuntu should recognice it as removealbe medium or as mp3-player. If that so, you can use ist like a USB-Harddrive and copy your files with nautilus to your player.

... or you can use Rythmbox to manage your Files with your Player.
