Can some one On Ubuntu staff come on remote viewing with my computer to help me to configure this program out

I really need some serious help I am very new at this Ubuntu systems and I am trying to get My programs to work properly and I need to Know can a Staff member Come on remote sharing viewing with me to help me get this program to work tip top I don't know if I download the right programs A tried everything and can we configure while I talk to the staff member on the telephone that I know I can't even properly delete programs that do not work properly that have files that are corrupt and i cant do anything pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee

I really want to keep this program but I can;t get no help I would just have to Uninstall it

please help me from beginning to end so i can better understand this system

you can do it yourself so no need of remote desktop help....please be specifiec as which program and ubuntu release you are using so that community can help you out... give all the info about what problem you are facing while installing the program

Lets start with the basics and see how fast we can build this up.

1. Do you have an Ubuntu Cd? Did you download it from
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/
or did you get Ubuntu from somewhere else?

2. Do you know what the cpu speed and ram size is for your machine?
