fd cache inconsistency from nfs-user-server

I have a exported a mounted DVD ISO image via NFS-USER-SERVER. I periodically receive the following errors in syslog when a client accesses the data.
Aug 11 12:02:56 strongbadia nfsd[7665]: fd cache inconsistency!
Aug 11 12:03:16 strongbadia last message repeated 52 times
Aug 11 12:05:54 strongbadia nfsd[7665]: fd cache inconsistency!
Aug 11 12:06:02 strongbadia nfsd[7665]: fd cache inconsistency!
What is fd cache inconsistency and how do I prevent it?
