can install

I have an ISO Ubuntu 7.04 CD. Try to install it im my laptop and then this massage appear " your CPU does not support long mode". Use a 32bit distribution. So what should I do.

You probably have a 64-bit version of Ubuntu, and your hardware does not support 64-bit operating systems. Try, as the message suggests, to use a 32-bit version of Ubuntu
