GTK+ theme engine is not installed

Asked by Semi Conductor

i am using ubuntu ultimate edition 2.0 modified form of ubuntu 8.04
i have about >40 themes pre-installed.
But when i open Appearance Preferences and click 'theme' tab, a message

"This theme will not look as intended because the required GTK+ theme engine is not installed" is displayed.

How can i solve this issue?
what did i missed to install?

By default Ubuntu uses pixbuf and murrine GTK+2.0 engines, you should try to find what particular engine is required for the themes you are trying to install.
