Thoggen missing plugins for 10.04

I tried installing Thoggen DVD ripper onto Ubuntu 10.04 and it tells me that I'm missing plugins:

- GStreamer element dtsdec
- GStreamer element ffdeinterlace

Thoggen keeps telling me that there are "No packages with requested plugins found."

It used to work great on Ubuntu 9.10

I have not been able to find any information regarding this problem anywhere... I have a feeling that I'm missing something simple.

Any suggestions?

Do you have ubuntu-restricted-extras installed?

I have Ubuntu [Software Sources] - Downloadable from the Internet - Main, Universe, Restricted, and Multiverse all checked off, via download from [Main Server]

I will have to log a bug (next step)
