No sound in FireFox again

I had sound and every thing working. Then I installed
Limewire and the sound stopped working. I have adobe
flash player installer installed. No sound. I have system
sound.

Can you give the output of:

dpkg -l | grep flash; dpkg -l | grep gnash; dpkg -l | grep swf; uname -a

I checked my mixer.
As I did before and turned all up.
Then it worked.
