Asked by SAURABH MOHABEY

Hi I'm new to Ubuntu i had been introduced by a friend and unfortunately I'm not a software professional so kindly answer in words preferably from English dictionary. I have a i pod shuffle the latest one and i want to manage it through some software in Ubuntu i had been previously managing it through I tunes installed in Xp though i still double boot. But since I've started using Ubuntu i don't feel like booting xp- which obviously you understand - so awaiting your guidance thanks in advance.

Hey. You should try using the program Rhythmbox which is installed in ubuntu by default under applications -> sound and video. You can also try installing "Amarok" if you want. I find them both pretty useful

thanks for suggestion i did try Rhythmbox but it is not showing the play-list I've already made in the i pod and also songs are not visible. I've tried with amarok it shows songs and lots of clutter i can't recognize still no play list. Kindly enlighten me further?
