Can not execute installed programs

I have Downloaded Code::Blocks ( an IDE for C++ ) as a rpm package ( it is dedicated for fedora )

i used alien to convert .rpm to .deb

after installing ( using GDebi package installer ), when i try to run the program .. after double clicking.. absolutely nothing happens.. i tried to right click and go to properties , and i selecet " excuting file as program " but nothing is changed

in fact when i go to usr/bin folder.. and i try to run any file from there .. nothing happens also.

Note that i am new to linux.

please start the application from a terminal and see what message will be shown.
