Triple boot OSX, Ubuntu, XP on USB HDD

Is it possible to triple boot mac osx, ubuntu, and windows xp from an external usb hard drive? i have a macbook at home, but i would like to triple boot from other macs and pcs as well. help needed.

Should be fine, MacOS will transpose between as will ubuntu as xorg.conf is no longer static (if you use an xorg.conf file yu will need to rename it or have a multiple of them to rename in to get a good resolution on the desitred system)

XP will be a bit trickier as it watches the hardware it is installed to so it may moan. You will get support for this on an XP forum.
