Should warn if installing home on NTFS

Asked by zyodei

I believe that installing /home/ on NTFS causes a number of problems. For instance, on my computer, it caused pulseaudio to constantly write errors to the log files, and I think caused a 100% CPU bug.

Ubuntu is not aimed at technical users. Yet, some users might think it is an easy way to share "Home" and "My documents" - just make an NTFS partition for home. Why not? What does the average user know about symlinks and permissions?

Installer should give a warning if user tries to set /home/ on non-POSIX partition.
