please HELP ME! PLEASE!

as I explained in the small area ABOVE THIS LARGE AREA! I need help,if this PROGRAM HAS BUGS...I wont upload it,I AM Illiterate as far as this,HOW TO USE it I HAVE A MAC BOOK and I do also have a VISTA DRIVEN GAteway laptop,if your thing wont work with a MAC!
PLEASE DEAR COMPUTER PEOPLE! HELP A OLD LADY OUT......I WILL DONATE!
I want to make some Items on PONOCO and IT NEEDS TO BE IN VECTOR! I have adobe Illustrator and Photo SHOP on MAC BOOK anD DO not know how to use!

I am a use your hands artist....WHat I need to do is simple...MAKE A SMALL RIB CADGE ABOUT 1.5 " wide and 2 tall! (in layers thick enough to carve rounded by hand,like one layer of a Rib at a time allmost in a "STYLIZED C" (but each bone has a tiny hole in each end and in center for wire! ) AND Separate Frame that outlines the -BREAST BONE" SHEILD.. I CAN DRAW and email or IF THIS IS USEABLE FOR MY purpose CAN YOU TELL ME WHat to do IF IT IS SAFE cause I have no one to ask here to help me if my lap top gets shitty!

DO YOU THINK I CAN just upload this here? and go for it I have a Tablet as well! PLEASE DEARS" tell me what I should do...can I make a donation Via PAY PAL?

Sorry Linda, but your question seems too non-specific to be answered.

A better place to start might be a good book on inkscape, photoshop, or adobe Illustrator. These are all professional programs and take time to master, nobody can tell you how to use them in a few paragraphs of text.

The other approach is getting a graphic artist to do the work for you, of course that will cost money.
