For system requirements visit [1]. I suppose you can try Xubuntu and see if it will work. If that doesn't work, try with Damn Small Linux [2].

Try DeLi Linux (http://delili.lens.hl-users.com) or look for other minimalist distributions here: http://www.linux.org/dist/list.html

Puppy Linux will work too, your memory systems requirements are too small even for Windows 98, you must use Windows 95 instead...

About Linux, Use Damn Small Linux (DSL), Puppy Linux, DeLi or search for a small version of Ubuntu for legacy computers, i forgot the name... let me search for it here... "ubuntulite" but is not officially supported

Xubuntu will work with 64 MB, but you cannot use desktop CD to install it, you must use the alternate install CD, and install it the old way of linux instalations, but as any other ubuntu installation, that's easy.

Can you help with this problem?
