Hibernate/suspend problem Lucid

Forgot to add:
Hibernate problem: the screen turns off, no hdd activity anymore, but the computer stays on.
Suspend problem: the computer turns off, but when resuming again, it gets stuck after the blue new Kubuntu screen, when it turns black again.
