How to change the session timeout

Asked by Ross Cameron

Following upgrade to 10.04, I now have a session timeout of 5 minutes when it was infinite before.

Can anyone show me how to reset this back to its infinite value.

Regards
Ross

If you are referring to the time the box is inactive and then the screensaver is activated or the box goes into suspend mode, then you would click on System > Preferences > Screensaver, then click on the Power Management button and you can choose the length of time of inactivity before the display and/or the computer is put to sleep.

Can you help with this problem?
