how to play .tp files in ubuntu10.04

want to play .tp files in ubuntu 10.04. Movie player does not recognise file type

Can you give the output of:

file filenamehere.tp

replace filename.tp with the ACTUAL filename you have

Seems if you have a dvd decoder it should play. Have you installed libdvdcss2 from the medibuntu repo? Have you installed ubuntu-restricted-extras ?

Have you tried other players like mplayer or vlc?
