How to upgrade from 10.04 RC to release?

I have the 10.04 Lucid Lynx distro installed.

But I cant seem to get it to upgrade to the Final version?

Or do I need to?

If you have installed the pre-release lucid you will upgrade seamlessly to the full release

Dohhh, still at least i have a very freshly downloaded Cd to give away to someone else already :)
