Zacon Ion,
First, have you tried using the Nvidia Settings utility to change your resolution?
gksudo nvidia-settings
You can also save to Xorg.conf using this utility.
Best of luck,
George
If you run:
gksudo nvidia-settings
You can setup the display and click "save to X config file"

and so I do see how it is configured x server, but after you reboot and put in 1027x678 resolution

First,
gksudo xconfig
Then,
gksudo nvidia-settings
Now change resolution and save the file.
And Reboot.
Can you help with this problem?
Provide an answer of your own, or ask Zacon Ion for more information if necessary.
