Translators team needs Exception report granted for broken older package in 10.04

Hi :)

The translators team needs someone to "grant" an exception for gtranslator 1.9.6 currently shipped in Ubuntu10.04. It's a fairly crucial package for them! This is the situation they have right now:

  * Debian has the 1.9.9 release of gtranslator -> good
  * Luca Falavigna (DktrKrantz) can build the Ubuntu package -> good
  * We need an exception -> bad

So, everything appears to be in place ready & just needs someone to sign-off the grant so they can go ahead. Anyone that can do this would be much appreciated
