Sync Ubuntu 9.10 with Windows Mobile (HTC TYNT II)

I've got Ubuntu 9.10 (soon upgrading to Ubuntu 10.4) and a Windows Mobile 6.1 phone, more specifically the HTC Tytn II.
I would like a super easy, super quick and super understandable program that I can use to sync between the two.

I've been spending hours Googling a how-to, but I'm hitting brick walls wherever I go
