You can download the .deb package from http://www.skype.com/products/skype/linux/ . You should be able to use it in 64 bit but I can't confirm this since it's a 32 bit binary file. (If not you will need to setup a 32 bit environement within the one you have right now. Hopefully you won't have to do this.)

Skype do not offer any 64-bit file currently.

Sorry for my first post I meant that you should be able to run it in 64-bit anyways.
