change the speed of ethernet card

how can I make a shell script for setting my ethernet card speed 100 Mbps using the command -"ethtool -s eth0 speed 100 duplex full autoneg off " and it must run at boot time.

I guess that If you put that line to the /etc/rc.local, it works. But I'm not 100% sure. :-)
