What program works as a GraphicConverter replacement for photo management?

Asked by Henri Sivonen

Previously on Mac OS X, I have used GraphicConverter to perform the following tasks:
 1) Viewing a folder (anywhere I choose on the filesystem) of JPEG files as thumbnails.
 2) Rotating all JPEG photos in a folder losslessly according to EXIF orientation and clearing EXIF orientation. All other EXIF data must remain intact.
 3) Losslessly rotating JPEGs selected (discontiguous multiple selection should be supported) in thumbnail view.
 4) Seeing at a glance which JPEGs are geotagged. (E.g. by showing an icon in the corner of all geotagged images in the thumbnail view.)
 5) Pixel for pixel preview of the center of the currently chosen photo (to make it easy to see if a photo is badly focused.)
 6) Slideshow with a keyboard command for moving the current photo into a discard folder.

F-spot doesn't work, because it insists on managing the filesystem structure itself. gThumb doisn't work, because it doesn't indicate, which photos are geotagged.

Which program has the features outlined above?

7) Lossless JPEG crop would be good to have, too.
