Gwibber on Lucid 10.04

Asked by Dwight

I don't know if anyone else is having the same issues with Gwibber, but I know that I am, the cpu usage and the fans on the desktop runs at full speed, it will not stop unless I close out on Gwibber, the make of the computer is a eMachine about 3 years old 3 1/2 years old with Nivda driver, once I quit Gwibber it works fine. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or what?

Thanks

Ike

I had the same issue. go to gwibber preferences: disable autojoin when starting up system, maybe this helps, otherwise please file a bug via launchpad. Let me know if it helps.

Vincenzo lets go to launchpad/ubuntu bugs and put our solution there! :)
