ubuntu gives time 1:59PM while corect time is 7:59PM PST

The PC time in windows is correct while in ubuntu it gives time 6 hours i.e. it is 7:02 while the system when ubuntu starts, gives 1:02

so set the time region because ubuntu may be giving gmt time.....and check whether it is syncing with time server or not....disable it if it is syncing.

go to system >admin>time and date open it then click the little padlock then set to sync with internet provider . this will fix it

In the time Zone, the time was corrected to local time and the problem is now solved.

Now the problem is resolved by correcting the time in time zone.
