Dear Sir,
  I just want to know if there is any hidden cost in shipping the Ubuntu Linux Cd to INDIA.....
  And i dont understand why do you give a free Cd, is that a loss to your company when more people order your CD's...
 Please reply me...

There is NO HIDDEN cost for shipping the Ubuntu CD. Canonical( the company behind Ubuntu) makes money from offering professional training and support for Ubuntu to commercial users. Think of the free CD's as a means of promoting Ubuntu.
