web cam does not display clear image in ubuntu 9.04

i have installed web cam on my pc, it is logitec quickcam 1.3mp.
On windows vista image is very clear but on ubuntu 9.04 image is blur.
i have also installed video4linux drivers but still it's same.

Can anyone help solving the problem......
