Get rid of boot loader

I have linux distributions that uses a Grub text version and i want to get rid of it after i confirm windows it asks me if i want to boot windows or WUBI Ubuntu Help I do not like 2 bootloaders.

Thanks for your question.

It seems you installed ubuntu on your harddrive and installed an additional "virtual ubuntu" on Windows via the WUBI installer. So the first question would be: Which one do you want to keep?

If your windos starts from a primary partiton and this partition is marked bootable, you can kill the program (IPL) from the
MBR from your first hard drive.

You can restore the default IPL.

for example.:
-from DOS: FDISK /MBR
-from windows recovery console (from windows install CD): fixmbr
