cross-site request forgery?

Asked by nokangaroo

I just tried to log in to launchpad from my newly-created lucid on my iMac (am currently logged in from karmic on my other box). I am sure that I made no mistake with my password (tried twice), but I got a "cross-site request forgery" error. This must be a bug - can I already report bugs for lucid?

I used the old home folder, replayed from backup, for the new install. (Did not use it directly because I upgraded the partition to ext4). Is the hostname stored somewhere in my home folder? Because I changed the hostname back to the one I used for karmic, and now everything seems to work again.

I just got the same error again when I clicked "continue" on the open ID page, but when I tried again and pressed "enter" I got in.
Seems to be a bug in lucid. /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname are not the trouble.

Can you help with this problem?
