Chill out dude, jeez. Nice attitude. People tend to help more if you are calm. Leave the emotional stuff at the gate please
If you no longer want ubuntu and did NOT use wubi then simply boot to your Vista / Win7 CD and reinstall the boot loader. You can then boot to Windows whateveryouhave and delete the Ubuntu partitions then make a new partition and format it to NTFS or FAT32 or whatever you like, you can then use the partition for data storage
If you HAVE used wubi then boot to windows and uninstall it like any other windows application, thats it's whole design. I haven't used wubi but know of its many pitfalls but I believe it will restore the windows boot loader.

Install a new system and Ubuntu will have gone. That's it.

alright do you have formatted the partition on which ubuntu was installed with gparted. you need to run the vista cd and it will reset the master boot record of windows in 2 mins....I do not have vista otherwsie would have given you all the details ..i am using 7 Operating Systems on my old machine that is Ubuntu 10.04, Kubuntu 10.04, Ubuntu 9.10 , Windows XP SP2, Windows SP3, Windows 98 and wwindows 7....almost oldest to newest....and all are working fine.
you can recover your MBR with windows 7 cd also if you have...
Seems you have installed Ubuntu from a corrupt cd otherwise it should have run without any problem...mind it I am not a software Engineer just a normal computer person with sufficient craze for learning without loosing temperament....
Hope this will chill you out but that is fact..... keeping cool is best way
Thanks.
Rajinder
