make usb bootable from .iso of ubuntu 9.10 from an windows XP environment

I have laptop running windows Xp. I downloaded .iso image of ubuntu 9.10 desktop i386 (32 bits) from the ubuntu.com. I want to make a pendrive ( Kingston 8Gb) bootable using that image so that i can install ubuntu 9.10 in mylaptop using that in parallel to XP running. Any body please help me the method that how can I convet that usb to bootable using the .iso image on XP running system.
