Linux Gamers?

Asked by RoCUnreal

Im Really sick of Windows xp and Vista im going to download Ubuntu and use it, ive never used linux before but i hear its pretty dang good.
the only problem i have with Linux is the Support for gamers do you guys plan on making MMORPG's Playable anytime soon?
Here is my List of games i would like to be able to play on linux : Guild Wars, WoW and Starcraft many gamers would flock to linux if they could play
their games without using any third party software like wine that doesn't work usely and makes it not playable online.

And another thing is it possible to run Adobe Photo Shop 7 on Linux and Alias Maya 7?

To play many popular games, people have turned to WINE which is a way to run windows applications on linux. Currently they have great support for WoW and other games. You can check out how to install and use WINE at http://www.winehq.org. Remember to check the ubuntu forums (http://ubuntuforums.org/) if you have any issues while running WINE.

Also, you should check WINE's application database which shows reports from other users about how applications fare under WINE:
