ubiquity-frontend installer link

Using the Lucid Beta 1 RC (20100318), when i press "update this installer", the release notes link turns into HTML,
<a href=whatever-it-is>Release Notes</a>. I presume that's ubiquity-frontend-gtk. Thanks. Jeff

Log a bug, Lucid still has a month of development in it so is still quite shakey
