In the first two instances, you are having a warning because the particular PPA (personal archive) you are using either has no public key associated with it, or the owner has changed the public key. If those warnings annoy you, you can update the given public keys, like this for the first one, for example:
gpg --keyserver pgpkeys.mit.edu --recv-key 6E871C4A881574DE
gpg -a --export 6E871C4A881574DE | sudo apt-key add -
The real problem here is with the last line. It is due to some changes in the cairo-dock repos, which you will need to manually change to satisfy... Remember that cairo-dock is beta, and this is why such things may happen from time to time. Checking the link manually leads me to a parked domain, so my best bet is a change in repos has occured. You will need to manually update your repositories for cairo-dock, I am afraid.
follow the advice given at: https:/
and you should be all set.

gpg --keyserver hkp://subkeys.
Then:

Sure type or copy and paste this in the terminal:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Did you use the keyserver for the other keys?
