Lan device disappearing in strange situations

eth0 interface just disappeared from system. At all. PXE loader can't see LAN card, eth0 interface is missing in Ubuntu and Gentoo system.
Same problem was here sometime ago when my laptop battery uncharged at 0% with Windows and LAN card missed. But now LAN card "disappeared" after sleep mode in Ubuntu.
I'm thinking that this is may be acpi bug in my laptop, but in Gentoo never enforced this bug. So I think that in Gentoo there is some special acpi implementation.

All in all, I can be wrong.

krypt@krypt-laptop:~$ lspci | grep Ethernet
00:19.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82566DC Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)
krypt@krypt-laptop:~$ sudo ifconfig eth0 up
[sudo] password for krypt:
eth0: ОШИБКА при получении флагов интерфейса: Нет такого устройства
(eth0: ERROR in getting interface flags: device is missing)
