shutdown bug

first some details about the used system:

ubuntu 9.10 - 64bit version - on samsung sa1 laptop - fresh installation - dual boot system with vista - grub

the problem or bug or whatever can be seen on this screenshot: http://michael-hausdorf.de/bug.jpg

happens everytime when I shutdown the system.

any ideas?
