Have downloaded adobe and its in .bin ext. Please let me know how to install the same.

Vasista,

Open a terminal and cd to where the download is (perhaps "cd ~/Downloads") then run the following.

Make the file executable with:

   chmod +x AdbeRdr9.3.1-1_i486linux_enu.bin

Install with:

   sudo ./AdbeRdr9.3.1-1_i486linux_enu.bin

Then follow the on screen prompts.
