Right CTRL key inoperable?

No matter what combination I use, or even what I use the right CTRL key for. It simply does not do anything. Is there anything I could check to see if it's disabled somehow? Thank you!

Problem solved! I simply had the key layout set to "Classmate PC" but then switched it to "Generic 105-key (INTL) PC" :)
