Help me find drivers for mobile phone!

I am need drivers for sony ericsson S312. Oficcial drivers not found. My S312 must use as modem. Ubuntu haven't standart drivers. Help me!!!
PS Sorry i'm bad speak to English.

could u provide output from terminal with attached phone to computer

$ lsusb

also, u can check possibility to connect to internet with USB Modem clicking on Network Manager applet icon on tray

Write ttyACMO Sony Ericcson Mobile AM or AB. I can't conect to network.

could u provide output from terminal, after connection ur phone to usb

$ dmesg

if u still have a problem, try update ur system with following repository

my Ubuntu lucid linux will not find my android phone. the computer charges it just fine but i want to put music on my phone. plz help! this is so frustrating
