Desktop effects button

I am using ubuntu studio and i have managed to download and install compiz fusion, but i can not enable desktop effects from the menu "system>preference> " the button does not exits.
Is there a command or some way to run it in start up with out enablethat but , or a script will run automatically when i boot:?

You could install that "button":

sudo aptitude install desktop-effects

or su could add a session command like: "compiz --replace" in system->preferences->sessions

I have installed the "button", it solved my problem.
