I dont know whether I need lib or deb and Flashplayer 9 or 10

System>admin>software sources>check all under Ubuntu software (except source) and first tow under updates tab.Reload.In synaptic search box type flashplugin-nonfree and when you find package install it.I think it will install version 10.

open terminal and type
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
type the pw (it will not show the pw when you type)
it will take care of installation, thats all.
