SSL support for Ubuntu-cl Wiki

We need (if it's possible) enable traffic over SSL for our wiki (http://wiki.ubuntu-cl.org).

I think that the best way to doiit is redirecting HTTP traffic to HTTPS (in Apache2 configuration).

I can't do that at the moment. That server can't take the increased load.
