Can an unapproved loco team request changes to dns records?
We wouldn't need hosting yet, but simply to let people know that "we're here" :)
In the case dns record editing is not possible, could I just request a redirection from www.ubuntu-cy.org to www.ubuntucy.org?

What did you mean by updated? Redirected?
I still see the placeholder for http://www.ubuntu-cy.org - it doesn't redirect to http://www.ubuntucy.org
