Ubuntu Czech webhosting request (transfer of hosting)

I currently host:
(www.)ubuntu.cz (PHP and MySQL - Drupal) with (www.)ubuntu-cz.org alias
(www.)kubuntu.ubuntu.cz (PHP and MySQL - Drupal)
(www.)forum.ubuntu.cz (PHP and MySQL - PunBB)
wiki.ubuntu.cz (MoinMoin - running in twisted for speed)

at my old personal server. It's best-effort hosting and it had some downtime in last month (full disks, full memory, upgrade to edgy and other misc problems :-).

So I would like to transfer those websites to Ubuntu LoCoHosting.

Hi Matthew,

is there a plan to upgrade database engine to something newer than 4.0 with support for utf-8? I seem to have problem with default charset when importing database. My current drupal database is in utf-8 and it get's all broken when imported to new server.

Can you try and reach me on IRC? I don't have plans to upgrade the database on the server, as I don't know what impact that would have on the existing sites. However, maybe we can recreate your database with a different encoding or find a different solution. I'm newz2000 on freenode. I'm in the timezone GMT -6 and should be on from 08:30 and later.
