Ubuntu Finland webhosting (moving from smurf's server)

Ubuntu Finland LoCoTeam would like to receive hosting from ubuntu-fi.org. It's currently hosted at netz.smurf.noris.de, but as per https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/loco-contacts/2006-September/000461.html we should move.

The idea would be to transfer existing HTML, MoinMoin and SMF data to the new host, check that everything works and then do the switch.
