Can't login in Ubuntu Wiki

I can't login into Ubuntu Wiki anymore.
It seems my account has been deleted or deactivated. Probably I have selected "Disable this account forever" option, but I'm not sure of that.
Is it possible to reactivate my account or to create another one without replacing launchpad account?
