Russell, who hosted your website before? It wasn't the canonical data center nor the loco hosting server farm. I think that something has happened with who ever hosts you.

Ah, now I understand what has actually happened... can you kindly change the DNS info for ubuntu-bd.org?

The new DNS should be:

   ns1.hostdnsserver.com (72.232.60.162)
   ns2.hostdnsserver.com (216.32.89.106)

Can this be done Matthew?

ok, there are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Easy

Create a bug report telling us what IP address your website is. The bug report should be made against the loco-webhosting project at https://launchpad.net/loco-webhosting. You should tell us something like:
  www.ubuntu-bd.org has IP address W.X.Y.Z
mail should go to hostname mail.whatever
  other hosts, etc...

Option 2: Not easy

We'll have to do what you suggested above, changing the NS records to
   ns1.hostdnsserver.com (72.232.60.162)
   ns2.hostdnsserver.com (216.32.89.106)

For both cases, the best place to report this is the https://launchpad.net/loco-webhosting project still.
