How do you generate the subtitle (.srt) file?

Hi,

I'm wondering what tool can be used to generate the localized subtitle files.
It would be useful to test the subtitle on the video to have the full context.

Never mind. I've found the sub2po and po2sub in the translate-toolkit package.
